It's OK to Take a Break
If you miss a workout, don't despair. It's okay to take a “break” from time to time. In fact, experts say that missing one workout won’t radically change your weight loss results. The key is to make physical activity and routine workouts a habit. Getting email reminders or having an exercise buddy can definitely help.
