Start Exercising Today!
Today's a good day to get moving! The more you move and exercise, the better the results you achieve when it comes to weight loss. So how can you begin working out? Make a plan and start. Decide exactly what your fitness program is and find a way to make it part of your weekly schedule. Pick something you like and begin by doing it for 30 minutes 3-4 times a week. Try different things: walking, swimming, biking, weight training, dancing or any type of exercise that feels right for you. You can gradually build up your time. And one day you'll be surprised to find how much you enjoy it!
