Vacationing Tip
If you are planning a vacation this summer, try for a trip that includes plenty of physical activity. Amusement parks offer up a chance for lots of walking - just plan ahead for healthy snacks. If you’ll be heading far from home, look into nature reserves with trails for hiking; a biking excursion; a place near water for swimming. If you own a pedometer take it with you - you may be surprised how close to those 10,000 recommended daily steps you can get!
