Treadmill Mix
If you want a workout boost, try mixing your treadmill workout. Keep some runs short and fast, others long and steady. Change your pace and your incline often. For example, try this 20 minute 100-calorie burner: Start with an easy 5 minute walk on 0 incline, move to an 8 to 10% incline for 10 minutes then back to the easy 5 minute walk on no incline.
