Let Go of Evening Grazing
Do you find yourself snacking in the evening? You may be doing so out of boredom, stress or plain hunger. Here are some tips to minimize the grazing:Eat a Medifast Meal at Breakfast: Skip this crucial meal and you’re setting yourself up for bingeing later in the day, especially at night. Even if you did binge the night before, eating breakfast will help get you back on track. Kitchen’s Closed: Choose a time to get out of the kitchen, say after you’re done with the dishes, and stay out. Don’t allow yourself to go back in even if you want a snack while watching television. This will help you control mindless eating.
